Travel to the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center, Rehoboth Beach

The Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center is approximately a 2 hour drive from Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Washington D.C.  The closest airports include Baltimore Washington International (2-3 hrs), Philadelphia International (2-3 hrs), and limited service to Salisbury Airport (about 1 hr, 15 minutes).  Rental cars are available at each location.  Provided are links to YahooMaps directions:
