The main conference hotel is the Hilton Quebec. Located on Quebec's Parliament Hill, the Hilton Quebec is connected by indoor walkways to the Quebec City Convention Centre and a concourse of shops. By automobile, it is less than thirty minutes from the airport, five minutes from the train / bus station, and a few hours from the U.S.
Reservations can be made directly online. Use "CAES-NAREA Joint Conference" when making a booking. The group code is AGRB08. Please note that there are still rooms available for Saturday and Tuesday night at the reduced rate. The hotel will continue to take reservations for Sunday and Monday nights according to availability, however these will not be made at the reduced rate.
