Accomodations

The main conference hotel is the Hilton Quebec.  Located on Quebec's Parliament Hill, the Hilton Quebec is connected by indoor walkways to the Quebec City Convention Centre and a concourse of shops. By automobile, it is less than thirty minutes from the airport, five minutes from the train / bus station, and a few hours from the U.S.

Reservations can be made directly online.  Use "CAES-NAREA Joint Conference" when making a booking.  The group code is AGRB08.
