Registration
The conference registration fee is
$150 for members and $190 for non-members prior to May 20, 2008; and
$180 for members and $220 for non-members after May 20, 2008.
The workshop is an additional $10. The conference registration
fee with workshop is $160 for members and $200 for non-members prior
to May 20, 2008; and $190 for members and $230 for non-members
after May 20, 2008. The opening
reception will be held on Sunday evening June 29, 2007, and is free for
those registering for the conference.
