Registration

The conference registration fee is $150 for members and $190 for non-members prior to May 20, 2008; and $180 for members and $220 for non-members after May 20, 2008. The workshop is an additional $10. The conference registration fee with workshop is $160 for members and $200 for non-members prior to May 20, 2008; and $190 for members and $230 for non-members after May 20, 2008. *There is an additional $20 surcharge for the on-site registration. The opening reception will be held on Sunday evening June 29, 2008, and is free for those registering for the conference.

Registration forms were accepted via mail and fax until June 10, 2008. Registration forms received after June 10, 2008 will NOT be processed; after this date you MUST register on-site. The onsite registration form is what is now posted to the website (see link above).
