Session Information for Presenters
Sessions will run for 90 minutes. Most of the selected paper sessions have four papers scheduled for presentation. We suggest allowing around 18 minutes for presentations, leaving 4-5 minutes for questions/discussion after each presentation. When only three papers are scheduled in a session, presentations can go for 25 minutes with also a 5-minute period for questions/discussion. Session moderators will make final decisions regarding minutes per presentation. Organized symposium chairs have a little more freedom in how they organize their session given that they were responsible to develop the topic and invite speakers. We expect that a projector will be available in each room. Presenters should upload their presentation before the session starts.
