We expect to have four sessions that will each run for 100 minutes; each session will include up to four papers surrounding marketing and policy issues for selected beverages. We suggest allowing around 20 minutes for presentations, leaving 5 minutes for questions/discussion after each presentation. When only three papers are scheduled in a session, presentations can go for 25 minutes with also a 7-minute period for questions/discussion. Workshop session moderators will make final decisions regarding minutes per presentation. The Workshop Committee will have some freedom in how they organize the individual sessions. A projector and a laptop will be available in each room. Presenters should upload their presentation before their session starts.
