The annual meeting registration fee is $150 for members, $175 for non-members, $75 for member students and $85 for non-member students prior to May 1, 2014; after this date the registration fee is $200 for members, $225 for non-members, $100 for member students and $110 for non-member students. The registration fee includes the Sunday evening reception and ticket to Monday's Awards Luncheon.
Please note that all presenters/speakers must be NAREA members and registered for the annual meeting by April 25, 2014. For presenters/speakers who are not current members, payment of the non-member annual meeting and/or workshop registration fee by this deadline confers NAREA membership, and hence satisfies the requirement.
Registration for the NAREA conference in Morgantown can be paid by check through the mail or on-line with a credit card until May 16th 2014. Credit card registrations will be assessed a transaction and handling fee of 5.5% plus $0.99. When paying by check, please download and complete the registration form available HERE. Registration forms received after May16th 2014 will NOT be processed; after this date you must register on-site AND ONLY PAYMENT BY CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED.
